Aims
The Center
activities are:
- research and
development (basic and applied research, design, technological services),
- professional
formation, in particular, its main aims are:
- promote,
sustain and co-ordinate research activities in the Microwave Engineering
field, with explicit reference to space applications and related problems;
- to develop
co-ordinate research activities with other Universities, other
Institutions, CNR centers and Research Centers, private or public,
national or international, which act in the Microwave Engineering field;
- to carry out
research activities, both theoretical and experimental, in the
laboratories of the various Units, with the Center's personnel and
machinery;
- promote
information and materials exchange between the Units of the Center;
- promote,
also in collaboration with private and public, national and international,
institutions the formation of highly skilled researchers and technicians;
- to
create an education support service to integrate the official courses of
the various Universities belonging to the Center.
